Lofou (Griechisch : Λόφου ) ist eine Gemeinde im Limassol Bezirk, Zypern. Der Name bedeutet Hügel, weil das Dorf auf einen Hügel gebaut ist. Das Bergdorf Lofou (früher auch Lofos) (H: c. 800 m) ist c. 26 km NW von Limassol.
Nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg verliessen viele Einwohnerzahl von Lofou das Dorf , viele davon gingen zu dem benachbarten Ort Ypsonas
